The connection with my couples is oh SO friggen special and important to me! You aren’t just a “client” to me, but rather a friend; someone I cherish so much and I want you to know that! Right from the moment you inquire with me, I put myself 1000% into ensuring I am there for you and able to help out in any way I can! I will get back to you within 48 hours of your inquiry with all the details and will set up a time for us to either meet up, talk on the phone or FaceTime so I can get to know you better and answer any and all of your questions. I am ever so freakin’ grateful you’re interested in ME to capture YOUR most special day of your lives!!!

Securing your date with me is HELLA easy – because I know planning a wedding and securing vendors can be time consuming, costly, and overall a LOT of work. Because of this all I require to secure your oh so VERY special day is a signed contract and $750 flat rate non-refundable retainer! The remaining balance isn’t due until 14 days before your wedding! Don’t know how many hours of coverage you need? That’s okay – I’m here to help you! To pay, I will send over your contract, which you’ll be able to sign electronically, with information on where you can send your e-transfer to!

Now that we’ve secured your date, it’s time to plan your engagement session!! I will send you a questionnaire to get to know you guys even BETTER! I do this because I want your engagement session to really be about you guys and how who you are as a couple! You’re no longer a potential “client”, but now a friend, and that’s exactly how I will treat you! I will help you with your timeline, help you find vendors, I’ll seriously do whatever I can to help take a bit of the stress of your shoulders! I’m here for you – not just with the photos but everything. I will give you my cell number and you can text me whenever because I seriously get the stress of being a bride and ALLLL the options and decisions you have to make – it’s a lot, and if I can help in any way possible to make it a little bit easier for you – let me know!

Your big day is here!

Alright – it’s officially your wedding day! I’ll show up to your day ready to go, prepared with my own wedding day emergency kit (bobby pins, lint roller, safety pins, ya know – all the oh sh*t – just-in-case things!) I will be your personal hype team, capture for your day, including the little in between moments you didn’t even know happened. I will guide you through your photos, organize your family members, and make sure that I don’t miss a single special moment! My job is to make your day about you two, and to help eliminate stress from you as a couple. I gotchu’ babe!

You’re married
– Now what happens?

Once I’m done shooting your big day, I go home, and I instantly back up all of your images I took (and the ones from the second shooter if you added this on!) to 4 different places. I do this to ensure that there is ZERO chance of anything happening to your photos!! Once they have backed, I will cull down your images. This means I choose all the best images, and weed out the ones with eyes closed or blurry. Once I’ve done this, I like to go through them and edit about 3-5 sneak peeks and send them to you within 48 hours of your wedding – usually I’m so anxious and excited to share them with you that I will send them that same night! I know you’re anxiously waiting and can’t wait to see them, this way you can relive the magical night into the next day! I give my couples a timeline of 8-12 week turn around for their wedding galleries to be delivered to give myself enough time to carefully each and every single photo to the highest of my abilities and to create the most amazing images for you! Once the photos are finished, I like to deliver your photos in two ways. One way you receive them is on a crystal USB mailed to you directly. The second way is via an online gallery. The gallery is perfect for you to share with your friends and family, and allow them to download photos and to see all the beauty that is your wedding day!! And that’s it! Easy peasy!

1. Do you do Elopements & destination weddings? +

HECK YES! I would love to create a custom package for your destination/elopement! Pricing for elopements start at the same as my weddings, which is $3000+ and up! Fill out my contact form and I will get back to you within 12 hours!

2. Will I get all the raw/original photos? +

I get asked this a fair bit and the answer is no, and for a couple reasons! One being it is unfinished work. When you book with me, you are hiring me for my finished product, which I do by hand-editing all the photos and incorporate my style into them. The second reason being RAW files are quite large, and without a special program to open them, you won't be able to use them.

3. What if we don’t want an engagement session? Can we lower our wedding package? +

No. The price of my wedding packages don’t actually include the cost of an engagement session as they are complimentary. I do this because I feel engagement sessions are really good ice-breakers! There’s a chance you and I have never met, or maybe never worked together before, therefore an engagement session gives you and your partner a chance to work with me, get to know me, how I shoot and essentially how your wedding day will go with me alongside you! It’s the best time to shake any nerves about being infront my camera as well if you’ve never had photos done before!

4. How long does it take to get my photos back? +

For all my regular sessions (couples, maternity, family) my turn around time is 3-5 weeks and for weddings it is 8-12 weeks!

5. Do I need a second shooter? +

This is a tough one! I normally shoot weddings solo, however second shooters have some pros! Some pro’s to having a second are: you get more photos, and also in those more photos you will get more variety as the second shooter is there to shoot different angles, and to capture some candid moments that the lead might miss as they’re busy shooting the important things. The cons to a second shooter is there is additional cost to add a second shooter which can get quite pricey depending on your coverage as well as it is another person right there in your space, with a camera pointed at you. Some people find all the many different cameras in their face to be overwhelming.

6. How do we move forward with you!? +

OMG YES!! My booking process is SUPER easy for you! All I require is a flat non-refundable retainer of $750, with the remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding! To pay, I’ll send you over a booking proposal with the package information, contract, and payment info. You’ll be able to electronically sign your contract & to pay, just send me an e-transfer and you’re set!
